InTheMED / Innovative and Sustainable Groundwater Management in the Mediterranean

  • Εxtract "Requena Surrogate Model.rar"

  • Simply, run "guyfcm.exe" located in the "guyfcm" folder.

 

 

  • Download Python 3.10 from the following link: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3100/ 
  • Install Python 3.10 on the following path: 'C:\Program Files\Python310'

  • Install Pandas - Python Data Analysis Library for Windows. Type in the command prompt "pip install manager". Once finished, type the following: "pip install pandas".

  • Install Scikit-learn - Python Module for Machine Learning for Windows. Type in the command prompt "pip install scikit-learn==1.2.1".

  • Move 'Spain_SM.py', 'smart_model_Spain.py' and 'InTheMED_WP3_SM_EX.pkl' files from ΚRTGG_Surrogate_Model.zip on your Desktop.

  • Download and install the Windows version of the MATLAB Runtime for R2022b from the following link on the MathWorks website: https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html

  • Run MyAppInstaller_web.exe, select the destination folder and begin the installation. Add the shortcut of the application on your Desktop.

  • Run the application from the Desktop shortcut.


  • Download Python 3.10 from the following link: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3100/ 
  • Install Python 3.10 on the following path: 'C:\Program Files\Python310'

  • Extract the content of "InTheMED_App.rar" and simply install "InTheMED_App" into MATLAB "My Apps".
     
  • On MATLAB Environment set the current folder from the "Βrowse for folder" icon to the folder that contains 'Spain_SM.py', 'smart_model_Spain.py' and 'InTheMED_WP3_SM_EX.pkl' files.
     
  • Run the App through MATLAB APPS tab.

Basic User

  • Download and install the Windows version of the MATLAB Runtime for R2022b from the following link on the MathWorks website: https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html

  • Run MyAppInstaller_web.exe, select the destination folder and begin the installation. Add the shortcut of the application on your Desktop.

  • Run the application from the Desktop shortcut.


  • Extract the content of "InTheMED_App.rar" and simply install "InTheMED" into MATLAB "My Apps".
     
  • Run the App through MATLAB APPS tab.
